Over 20+ years at Microsoft, I started as a visual designer, then worked as an interaction designer, program manager and researcher before moving into design leadership. Today I'm a Partner Design Director, leading design for Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Contact Center and conversational agents.
